SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the Tim Holtkamp Campaign text messaging program (“Program”). By affirmatively enrolling, you agree to these terms and authorize the Campaign and its service providers to send campaign-related text messages to the mobile number you provide.

Program summary: Messages may include campaign news, event information, volunteer opportunities, election reminders, surveys, and fundraising communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of making a donation.

Enrollment and consent

You may enroll only by using an approved Campaign signup method and affirmatively agreeing to receive messages. Consent applies only to the mobile number provided. Keep your contact information current and do not enroll a number you do not own or control. Your consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time.

Automated and recurring messages

Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology. Message frequency will vary based on campaign activity. The Campaign does not guarantee that every subscriber will receive every message.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any Campaign message to cancel. You may receive one final confirmation message. After opting out, you will not receive additional Program messages unless you enroll again.

Charges and carrier availability

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. The Campaign does not charge a separate fee for the Program. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Program may not be available on every carrier or device.

Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared by us with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties unless required by law. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes and termination

The Campaign may modify or discontinue the Program or these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
